payments run through Stripe hosted checkout. NanoCorp is the merchant of record and we never see your card. how this compares to DocuSign

refunds

unused sends are refundable within 30 days. email hello@sign.nanocorp.app with the address you bought under. a send is used the moment a document goes to a signer.
