ORDER FORM

Ridgeline Data Inc. ("Ridgeline") and Calder & Pace Design Studio LLC

("Customer") agree to the following order, effective July 1, 2026.

1. Subscription ordered

Product: Ridgeline Insight, Team edition

Seats: 12 named users

Fee: $540 per month, billed annually in advance

Annual total: $6,480, excluding tax

Additional seats: $45 per seat per month, prorated to the end of the term

2. Term

The initial term runs 12 months from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.

3. Automatic renewal

This order renews automatically for successive 12-month terms unless either

the current term. On each renewal Ridgeline may increase the fee by up to 7%

of the previous term's fee without further notice.

4. Invoicing and payment

Ridgeline invoices the annual total on the effective date and on each renewal

date. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Amounts unpaid after

30 days accrue interest of 1% per month, and Ridgeline may suspend access

after 15 days written notice of non-payment. Fees are non-refundable, and

the Customer may not reduce the seat count during a term.

5. Taxes

Fees exclude sales, use and value-added taxes. The Customer is responsible

for those taxes, except for taxes on Ridgeline's own income.

6. Incorporated terms

This order is governed by the Ridgeline Master Subscription Agreement

published at ridgeline.example.com/msa, which is incorporated by reference

and which the Customer confirms it has read. The Master Subscription

Agreement covers service levels, data protection, confidentiality, warranty

disclaimers, limitation of liability, and termination for breach. If this

order and that agreement conflict, this order controls.

7. Support

Ridgeline provides support by email between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern

Time on business days, with a first response within 1 business day.

8. Use of the Customer's name

Ridgeline may identify the Customer as a customer, and use the Customer's

name and logo, on its website and in sales materials. The Customer may

withdraw that permission with 30 days written notice.

9. Governing law

This order is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
